Job descriptionHelp set up the entire Finance functions- SOPs and processes Review all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports Assist founders with board meeting deck, business plan and monthly MIS Work with founders to regularly look for cost reduction opportunities and optimising Working Capital Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Ensure financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislation Lead and manage taxation, balance sheet, closing, financial statements reporting Act as an advisor to the Founders in all minor & major decisions Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting Work from office set up - 6 day a week working Budget - in the range of 75-85 lakhs, including bonus + equity
The Human Capital Team of Z47 is partnering with one of our fast-growing portfolio companies in identifying a suitable Finance Head to lead the function( reporting to founders)
Ideal Profile :
- Experience : 8- 12 Years of experience including in a controllership role
- Qualification : Qualified CA + MBA
- Ideally someone from a capex-heavy, real asset-heavy, ops-intensive business. Ideally (engineer + CA), or (MBA finance + CA).
- Experience of working in an Consumer company will be huge plus
- Any experience in working in VC-backed start-ups, internet / tech companies, retail companies and / or fundraising would have a definite advantage
- Experience in Early stage Startup
