Responsibilities

Develop impactful designs and oversee the entire creative process – from concept to final artwork – according to given guidelines

Design all visual aspects of the Busch Group brands (“Busch Vacuum Solutions”, “Pfeiffer Vacuum + Fab Solutions”) : from UX design for classic interfaces to motion graphics for video channels, as well as traditional print and editorial design – in line with brand specifications

Maintain daily communication between the in-house design agency and local marketing teams across more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide

Coordinate external service providers and creative partners

Work in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards and apply LEAN methodology

Accurately document all completed work and design activities

Requirements

Completed education in media design or a comparable qualification

Creativity, a strong sense of style, and conceptual strength , even under tight deadlines

Curiosity, sense of ownership, independence, and a hands-on mentality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Very good command of English (spoken and written) – essential

At least three years of experience in an agency or a comparable professional environment

Willingness to take on additional tasks in line with qualifications and skills
