Recruitment Team Lead

Responsibilities :

Review and assess CVs and candidate applications against job specifications.

Assess the CVs shared by recruiters, and shortlist qualified candidates to be shared to client.

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are confirmed.

Prepare interview packs for hiring managers, including candidate CVs and interview schedules.

Maintain clear and concise communication with recruiters in the team throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of interview updates and next steps.

Daily status updates to the Account Managers.

Assist Account Managers in client meetings (as needed) and liaise with clients in their absence.

Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities assigned.

Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in an IT recruitment role.

Singapore / Malaysia recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

Team Lead experience is required.

Extensive understanding of IT Skills, able to screen CVs based in IT as well as in banking roles independently.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiations and managing offers.

Good understanding of Singapore Employment pass considerations will be a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Ability to prioritize workloads, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive and proactive attitude.
