Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate in Real Estate based in Fort, Mumbai. The role involves doing due diligence , drafting title report , attending client , discussing structure for transactions , Advising and completing sale and purchase of immoveable property in Maharastra for clients . , redevelopment , aggregation of land. drafting proficiency in real estate documents . The Senior Associate will work closely with clients, provide strategic legal advice, and assist in case management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and expertise in land law and Rules
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research
• Experience managing and conducting depositions
• Knowledge of reading of 7 / 12 extract , property card , circulars and gazettes etc
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Membership in the relevant Bar Council and a valid license to practice law
• Prior experience in similar legal roles, with a specialization in real estate , is preferred
