Job Title : Client Service Representative
Experience Required : Minimum 2+ Years
Location : Lucknow
Key responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, managing communication, requirements, and feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, creative, accounts, technical, delivery teams) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and client satisfaction.
Prepare and share project updates, reports, presentations, and progress status regularly.
Manage client onboarding, documentation, service agreements, and renewal processes.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and grow client accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issue resolutions, and service performance.
Ensure excellent service standards, high customer satisfaction, and client retention.
Take feedback and share insights to improve service delivery, internal processes, and client experience.
Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience of 2+ years in client servicing, customer relationship management, or account handling.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and client-handling approach.
Good understanding of CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PPT), and documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients / projects simultaneously.
Professional attitude, patience, and positive customer-focused mindset.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in [Digital Marketing / IT Services / Advertising] industry is a plus.
