Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver Investor Reporting packages for Private Equity (preferred) and Hedge Fund clients
• Develop, validate, and review Investor / LP templates , investor statements, and capital activity reports
• Perform and review IRR calculations , MOIC , cash flow analysis, and capital account summaries
• Coordinate and manage audit confirmations , investor queries, and mailbox handling
• Execute manual monthly / quarterly reporting (not extraction-based)
• Oversee LP onboarding , documentation validation, and client communication workflows
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards and audit requirements
• Contribute to process improvement, quality checks, and operational controls
• Mentor or lead team members depending on seniority (Team Manager role involves full team management)
