Job Summary

We're hiring a

Data engineering Practice Leader

to drive our data and AI initiatives. This senior role demands over

20 years of deep data engineering expertise

and a clear focus on

revenue recognition and profitability management . You'll need proven skills in

partnership development

and direct accountability for

practice build and delivery .

You'll shape our practice strategy, expand our offerings, and ensure successful delivery of complex data and AI solutions. This role involves leading a high-performing team, fostering client and partner relationships, and owning the practice's solutioning team, RFP responses and financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & P&L :

Define and execute the Data & AI practice strategy, identifying new market opportunities and expanding capabilities. Lead business development, including pre-sales and solutioning. Manage practice P&L, focusing on

revenue recognition and profitability .

Deep Data & AI Expertise :

Provide expert guidance in data engineering (architecture, warehousing, ETL / ELT, data lakes, pipelines, governance). Stay current with AI / ML, big data, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure data solutions.

Innovation & Emerging Tech :

Actively explore and champion cutting-edge data and AI, especially

Agentic AI-based automation . Drive R&D to integrate new technologies and foster an innovation culture.

Partnership Development :

Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors and industry groups. Collaborate on joint solutions and go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at industry events.

Delivery Excellence :

Accountable for the successful

delivery of all Data & AI projects , ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution. Implement robust project management and continuously improve delivery processes.

Team Leadership :

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. Foster a culture of learning and collaboration, implementing effective performance management.
