Job Title : Art Executive
About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Art Executive who can translate brand objectives into compelling visual communication. The role involves developing static and dynamic creatives, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs. You should have strong creative instincts, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of audience behavior and design trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Understanding & Alignment
Interpret briefs shared by supervisors and identify brand requirements, identity, and communication objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines to ensure all artworks reflect the brand’s identity accurately.
Design Creation
Conceptualize and create design layouts for various marketing materials, including static and dynamic creatives.
Develop assets for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, and other communication touchpoints.
Research & Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, creative styles, and best practices to produce fresh and relevant artwork.
Research target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to enhance communication impact.
Monitor and analyze performance or feedback on creative outputs to improve future designs.
Time & Task Management
Deliver work within established internal TATs.
Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
Operational Excellence
Adhere to documented SOPs and internal processes to ensure smooth operations and consistency in output.
