Position : Channel Manager - Direct HNI

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth . The role involves directly sourcing clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and ensuring high-quality client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquire and manage HNI clients through networking, references, and self-sourcing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Mutual funds, Wealth, equity, debt, liquid, PMS, and SIP products.
Build long-term client relationships and drive engagement programs.
Reactivate dormant clients and onboard new investors.
Partner with corporates and distributors to expand business opportunities.
Support business development initiatives such as events, campaigns, and contests.
Provide timely client / product updates and ensure strong after-sales service.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes.
Furnish sales reports and maintain updated records in sales portals.
Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, driving their performance and capability building.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in HNI client acquisition & relationship management (financial services preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial products and markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
