Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 20 years of experience in project management of medium to large Civil / Infrastructure or building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring compliance with HSE norms, integrating engineering deliverables, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards to meet client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plan, execute, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead and guide teams to achieve project goals, resolving challenges effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Commercial Management : Monitor financial metrics and create contingencies for risks. Drive cost savings and margin enhancement initiatives. Resolve disputes, manage scope changes, and ensure client satisfaction on commercial matters. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability.
• Sub-contractor Management : Develop strategies for selection of sub-contractors / consultants / suppliers and finalize negotiations. Monitor and review sub-contractor performance, ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Safety Compliance : Implement and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are followed at all stages.
• Problem Solving : Address project risks and conflicts with effective, creative solutions.
