Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in noida. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Daily tasks will include managing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing advertising strategies, and identifying opportunities for conversion optimization and user engagement. The individual will also collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Budget Management :
- Fully own the strategic allocation and planning of the annual marketing budget for the company's external paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Core Goal : Drive high-quality traffic to e-commerce platforms or brand owned channels at the lowest possible CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and highest ROI, ensuring the key market launch budget is utilized optimally.
- Establish and maintain a granular campaign structure and bidding models, continuously being responsible for overall ROAS.
2. Data Attribution and Technical Setup :
Lead and oversee the deployment and maintenance of Pixel / GTM / Conversion API on websites and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and compliance in data attribution.Utilize Looker Studio or professional BI tools to build advanced automated reporting dashboards , providing high-level executives with real-time, actionable marketing insights.3. Optimization and Growth :
Establish a standardized A / B testing framework (creatives, copy, audience, landing pages) to quickly iterate and improve the creative content and marketing funnel.Deeply analyze user behavior and purchase paths, developing advanced remarketing and LTV (Lifetime Value) strategies.Performance Metrics :
Overall Paid Marketing Budget ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI.Monthly marketing budget allocation efficiency and accuracy.Cross-platform traffic to final sales conversion rate.Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Click (CPC).Required Qualifications :
3-7 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in large-scale budget management and performance optimization across Meta & Google Ads. Team leadership experience preferred.Proven track record of matching external traffic strategy with e-commerce sales results.Proficiency in Looker Studio or other BI tools, capable of independent complex data analysis and reporting.
