Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Presales Consultant with strong solutioning and architectural expertise . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, solution design, and client engagement , not limited to documentation or proposal writing. This role requires working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to architect solutions that meet client requirements and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales activities for Oracle Fusion ERP opportunities.
- Understand client business needs and provide solution architecture , system design and product demonstrations.
- Develop and present compelling solution proposals , RFP responses, and value propositions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis , high-level solution design, and integration architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solution accuracy and feasibility.
- Build and present demos, proof of concepts and product walkthroughs .
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders for requirement assessment.
- Support sales team in deal qualification, bid defense, presentations, and negotiation cycles .
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (Functional or Technical).ERP modules : Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, ProjectsCX modules : Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQStrong solution architecting experience – not just documentation support.Deep expertise in one or more modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects .Experience designing end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions and integrations .Proven track record in presales, solution design, client presentations, and proposal preparation .Strong knowledge of business processes, cloud architecture, SaaS implementation models .Exceptionally strong communication & presentation skills.Ability to work with CXOs and enterprise stakeholders.Redwood
