Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Deliver product / service presentations and conduct client training sessions
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and brand positioning
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales team coordination or management is a plus
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions
- Knowledge or strong interest in Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, IoT, ML, Cloud, Blockchain)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
