Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding client requirements for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals. i.e naukri, .
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates and employment terms for C2Hengagements.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Work Closely with account managers and delivery team to fulfill client expectations.
