Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across key technical functions including Data Engineering Data Science and Business Intelligence . This pivotal role will manage the full hiring lifecyclefrom creating and overseeing job requisitions and postings to partnering closely with hiring managers building strong talent pipelines screening candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the technology landscape and a proven track record in technical recruiting. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment and demonstrate a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

In addition to recruiting responsibilities the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in employer branding helping to communicate and amplify what makes our company an outstanding place to work. A strong attention to detail is essential particularly in maintaining and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and efficient reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technology functions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boardes social media employee referrals and networking
  • Use data and analytics to track metrics such as time-to fill source of hire and pipeline health.
  • Manage ATS workflows maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract candidates through social media and other marketing channels.
  • Qualifications :
  • Required :

5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on hiring Data Engineering Data Science and / or Business Intelligence professionals.

  • Demonstrated understanding of various data technologies methodologies (e.g. Big Data Python R SQL Spark cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP machine learning algorithms data warehousing ETL tools BI platforms like Tableau / Power BI).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and report on performance.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Preferred :
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced high-growth technology environment.

  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
