Job descriptionCollaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and performance marketing teams to Conceptualize, visualise and script hooks, body narratives, and CTAs for short-form Develop multiple variations of scripts for A / B testing across platforms. Be actively involved in shoots — working closely with the producer and directors to Review video edits and provide feedback to ensure alignment with script intent and Analyze campaign performance data and optimize future scripts for better engagement Stay updated with social media trends, storytelling formats, and consumer insights. 2-3 + years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, preferably in performance Excellent command of Hindi and English Strong understanding of social media ad ecosystems Proven ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and high-converting CTAs. Experience collaborating with video editors and marketers. Strong storytelling and consumer insight skills — ability to turn complex ideas into Prior experience working in D2C, health-tech, beauty, or e-commerce brands. Understanding of creative analytics (CTR, retention, ROAS metrics). A portfolio showcasing video ad scripts or social media campaigns that performed
