Hiring for PMS& AIF - internal Audit team Lead

Job Description

Location : - Andheri to Bandra

Department- Internal Audit

Role – Team Leader

Roles and Responsibility

1. Develop audit plans for AIF and PMS schemes.

2. Preparation of Letter of Engagement along with scope, objectives, timelines, and

responsibilities clearly in the engagement letter.

3. Perform audits of NAV computation for AIF and PMS portfolios to ensure accuracy

and compliance.

4. Review of RBI / SEBI Reports filed

5. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure fund movements match client accounts,

conduct trade reconciliations between portfolio records, custodian statements, and

broker confirmations, Reconcile positions, corporate actions, income accruals, client

onboarding, etc.

6. Perform daily reviews of work carried out by the team members

7. Verify adherence to SEBI guidelines and internal SOPs

8. Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.

9. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.

10. Present findings to senior management and assist in remediation plans

11. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all audit findings

12. Suggest process enhancements, automation level suggestion to improve efficiency and

reduce risk.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education : CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent

Experience : 1–2 years in internal audit, preferably in AIF / PMS schemes

Skills :

 Strong understanding of SEBI regulations for AIF & PMS.

 Expertise in risk assessment and internal control frameworks.

 Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in audit tools and MS Excel.
