Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer with 4+ years of experience to manage and optimize our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SEO, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Digital Trend Analysis, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Perform SEO optimization including keyword research, on-page / off-page SEO, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.

Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions.

Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing activities including content posting, lead generation, and audience engagement.

Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and digital insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Monitor and report performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing creatives and marketing materials.

Manage paid promotions (as needed) and ensure optimization for best ROI.

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.

Strong expertise in SEO, including Google Tools and SEO software.

Proven experience in Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience in LinkedIn marketing for branding and lead generation.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Strong communication, content planning, and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of PPC / Google Ads

Basic graphic design or Canva skills

Experience with automation tools
