Position : CSR Project Manager / Senior Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with at least 5 years of proven experience in CSR project management, fundraising, social innovation, and end-to-end program execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can design, manage, and scale impactful social development projects while building strong partnerships with corporates and stakeholders.
🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities
CSR Project Planning & Design
- Design end-to-end CSR projects including concept notes, proposals, budgets, frameworks, and implementation strategies.
- Develop innovative, scalable, and sustainable social solutions aligned with SDGs and organizational priorities.
- Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to identify project opportunities.
Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships
Lead fundraising efforts by preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, and donor pitches.Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, corporate partners, foundations, and philanthropic institutions.Manage donor reporting, grant compliance, and renewal cycles.Project Implementation & Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of CSR projects—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Coordinate with field teams, government departments, and partner organizations to ensure seamless delivery.Ensure timely procurement, resource management, and adherence to project timelines.Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Develop MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning) frameworks and project dashboards.Prepare impact reports, documentation, case studies, and donor-specific detailed project reports (DPRs).Track KPIs, analyze project performance, and make data-driven improvements.Social Innovation & Strategy
Conceptualize new social interventions, pilots, and models for community development.Integrate technology-driven or low-cost innovations for high-impact delivery.Support organizational strategy and program expansion across states.Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with communications, finance, field operations, and leadership teams.Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and CSR networking platforms.🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR project management, fundraising, or development sector program management.Strong experience in designing, writing, implementing, and reporting CSR projects end-to-end.Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and communication skills.Strong understanding of SDGs, CSR regulations, social impact measurement & compliance.Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and work under deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
