ROLE

CRAFT Worldwide is looking for a Quality Analyst to work with our clients from the beauty sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of all master materials, from receipt to final delivery to DAM and PIM platforms. You will also take on a range of tasks and responsibilities to support our projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality review of the incoming and outgoing video and digital assets of the DAM platform, ensuring accurate metadata tagging.
• Ensure assigned projects meet agreed-upon functional specifications and QA standards.
• Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring that production quality and delivery timelines are met, particularly for key marketplaces like Amazon and other European platforms
• Collaborate under guidance to achieve high levels of aesthetic and technical quality.
• Test deliverables on platforms like DV360, Litmus, etc., to maximize performance.
• Create and execute test scenarios based on business requirements, analyzing results.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed.
• Document, track, and verify defects and resolutions in projects.
• Archive files correctly on storage servers for efficient future retrieval.
• Stay updated with new testing tools.
