Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth and brand initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead marketing and communication programs across campaigns, events, and integrated channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Build strong positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Content, Sales, etc.) to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage PR outreach, media engagement, press communications, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance credibility and reputation.
- Foster relationships with media, influencers, and key industry communities to accelerate brand reach and awareness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, brand sentiment, and conversion impact.
- Manage external partners including PR, creative, and media agencies to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to communication guidelines and strategic consistency across content.
Skills & Competencies
Strong storytelling and narrative-building abilities with a strategic mindset.Proven experience in PR management, media relations, and reputation building.Hands-on experience running integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to handle sensitive communication and manage crisis messaging (preferred).Experience partnering with creative, media, and PR agencies.Ideal Profile
2–3 years of experience in growth, brand communications, PR, or marketing communications.A strategic and creative thinker who can translate business goals into compelling brand narratives.Thrives in fast-paced environments with a balance of planning, execution, and optimization.A self-starter who drives outcomes and contributes to long-term brand and business growth.
