About the role :

As a Merchandiser Specialist at WIRmachenDRUCK, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our global e-commerce product catalog. You’ll ensure product listings are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives to deliver a seamless shopping experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, product, and e-commerce, you’ll combine data-driven insights with creative thinking to enhance product discoverability, catalog efficiency, and overall customer engagement in our international online shop.

What you’ll do

We’re seeking a Merchandiser Specialist to help manage and grow our global e-commerce catalog. You’ll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving—ensuring every product is well-represented, discoverable, and optimized for performance.

In this role, you will report to our team lead in India and collaborate closely with Marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to maintain a high-quality product catalog, align content with campaigns, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.

More specifically, you will :

• Manage and maintain product listings within our PIM system and e-commerce platform (creation, updates, and maintenance).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.
• Merchandise and optimize product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly content.
• Test new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front end.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launches.
• Support daily e-commerce operations and identify process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagement.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the online product discovery and browsing experience.
