About the Role

Monitor and control the quality of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing of concrete at various stages - from batching to delivery.
• Ensure that concrete produced meets required specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality control test reports, records, and documents.
• Inspect and calibrate laboratory and batching plant equipment regularly.
• Supervise and guide lab technicians in sampling and testing procedures.
• Conduct dry mixes to achieve desired concrete grades and performance characteristics.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure consistent quality during operations.
• Investigate customer complaints related to concrete quality and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials to prevent contamination or quality deterioration.
• Ensure implementation of quality assurance procedures and safety standards at the plant.
