Inside Sales Representative

Role : Inside Sales Specialist (Full-Time)

As an Inside Sales Expert, you will

own the complete customer journey

— from the first conversation to welcoming them into our treatment program. This role is

consultative , empathetic, and impact-driven. You help people make one of the most emotional decisions of their life : choosing to treat their skin.

Responsibilities

Engage inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-ups.

Understand each person’s skin concerns and offer tailored recommendations.

Explain Clinderma’s dermatologist-led process with clarity and confidence.

Convert consultations into treatment enrollments through trust-based selling.

Maintain an organized pipeline and meet monthly conversion targets.

Coordinate with the Medical and Skin Coach teams for seamless onboarding.

Build long-term relationships to support retention and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Prior experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Engagement.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle concerns, objections, and create trust.

Comfortable working with targets and structured processes.

Self-driven, organized, and empathetic in conversation.

Bonus (not mandatory) :

Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
