Experience : 13 years in BPO Telesales / Lead Generation / Appointment Booking (International market experience preferred) with Excellent communication skills

BPO experience with international sales pitching mandatory

Qualification : Graduation in any stream (Business / Marketing preferred)

Salary : Rs.20000-Rs.28000 Incentives

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in the International market.
• Build rapport and engage with potential clients to identify and understand their business needs.
• Present and pitch company solutions emphasizing business value and ROI.
• Collect accurate client details and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
• Book qualified meetings / appointments for the senior sales team or account managers.
• Achieve weekly / monthly targets for calls leads and appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and continuously improve sales strategies.

Required Skills :

Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
