Job Title : Service Desk (L1) Support
Location : Pune
🎓 Eligibility : B.E / B.Tech / BCA – Freshers (2023–2025) only with PDC, PAN & CMM
💰 CTC : ₹2.5 LPA (Fixed) + Shift Allowances + Performance Incentives
🖥️ Role : Provide L1 technical support via phone / email / chat; handle incidents & service requests; troubleshoot OS, O365, AD, VPN, basic networking & mobile / desktop issues.
🛠️ Tools : Work on ITSM platforms (ServiceNow / Remedy); log, update & escalate tickets as per SOPs.
🧠 Skills : Strong English communication , analytical thinking, problem-solving, customer handling, attention to detail.
🕒 Shifts : Must be flexible for rotational / night shifts; meet SLAs & maintain documentation accuracy.
🚛 Other : Willing to relocate for training, join immediately, maintain confidentiality & follow ITIL-based processes.
Good to Have : Basic understanding of Windows, O365, networking, and mobile / OS issues.
