"The Sr. Front-End Developer will play a crucial role in creating and optimising user interfaces to enhance the customer experience for digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design and functionality align with business objectives and user needs. The developer will also identify opportunities for improving the performance and usability of web applications in a fast-paced, global digital commerce environment

As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will :

Develop and implement user interfaces for complex multi-channel customer experience projects & digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design and functionality align with business needs.

Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving development-related bottlenecks.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and demonstrate the impact of front-end development.

Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.

The stuff that sets you apart :

Must-Have Experience & Skills :

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with front-end frameworks / libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS

Knowledge of build tools and task runners such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in digital commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent systems

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js)

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
