Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Category Head / Associate Director to lead the CA / CS / CMA category. The ideal candidate will drive category growth through effective P&L management, educator partnerships, learner engagement, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the category while ensuring

measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Category Ownership : Own the P&L for the CA / CS / CMA category, driving growth, profitability, and learner outcomes.
• Strategy & Execution : Define short-term and long-term strategies for category expansion, educator acquisition, and learner retention.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor category associates, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and performance.
• Educator Management : Identify, onboard, and manage top educators;

drive collaborations that align with brand and learner expectations.
