HR Solutions Delivery Manager

Experience : 7–10 Years | HR Tech / HRMS Implementation Mandatory

Role Overview

Seeking a Project Manager with strong HRMS / ERP implementation experience to lead end-to-end delivery, process transformation, and large enterprise projects across People, Process, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HRMS projects : due diligence, process mapping, solution design, migrations, and transitions.
• Own project planning, execution, risks, timelines, and customer communication.
• Manage multiple onsite / offshore teams and ensure quality, SLAs, and process excellence.
• Support Sales / Pre-Sales with RFP / RFI responses and solutioning.
• Translate client requirements into executable functional / technical deliverables.
• Drive change management and adoption across customer organizations.
• Present high-level updates to CXOs;

maintain dashboards andanalytics.
