Job descriptionLead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs. Experience in transformation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence. Goals and deliverables. 10+ years of professional experience in project / program management. Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a can-do mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. Background in Pharma / Healthcare and / or Cyber Projects is a plus.
