JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager – Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, business planning, and performance management across AISATS operations. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation services, financial modelling, and stakeholder management to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.

• Strategic Financial Planning :
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting aligned with business objectives.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and capital investments.
• Business Performance & Analytics :
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business units to drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting :
• Oversee annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals and market dynamics.
• Investment & Capital Projects :
• Evaluate ROI and financial viability of infrastructure and technology investments.
• Support funding strategies and liaise with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Collaborate with senior leadership, board members, and JV partners on strategic finance matters.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance & Governance :
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.
