Job Summary
As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you will receive hands-on training and guidance to develop the skills required to identify potential customers, connect with them, and support the sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Identification : Learn to conduct basic market research and help identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and social media.
- Client Outreach (Under Guidance) : Assist the team in reaching out to potential clients through emails, calls, and LinkedIn. Learn how to communicate the value of our services.
- Relationship Building : Support in maintaining strong communication with leads and learning to understand client needs to suggest suitable solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand the lead journey and contribute to team goals.
- Sales Reporting : Learn to maintain lead data using CRM software and assist in preparing reports for team review.
- Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities as part of your learning and growth process.
Requirements
Education : Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field (final-year students or postgraduates can apply).Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills.
