Job Description Business Development Executive
This job is intended to help achieve business growth of the company. This position is suitable for professionals with strong mindset to attract customers through various sales channels and activities. They should be well versed with current trends in customer acquisition as well as traditional selling techniques. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, command over English language and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Researching the prospective organisations and individuals online and offline to identify new clients
- Researching the needs of the identified companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone (Cold calls) to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Following Sales processes
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Converting prospects into opportunities and then closing the deals
Pitching products and / or services
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displaysAdjusting content of sales presentations by studying the type of salesContacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products & servicesDeveloping quotes and proposalsNegotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in personDeveloping sales goals and ensuring they are metQualifications
Education : B.E in Electronics / EC / CE Engineering; MBA in sales & marketing is preferredExperience Level : Freshers and Mid levelTechnical Skills : Strong Marketing and sales ability along with Basic Electronics industry KnowledgeOther Abilities : Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Fluency in English Language, Ease with both telephone and in-person contacts, Capable of working independently, Customer service, Product and Service knowledgeLocation : Ahmedabad
