Artificial Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an

Agentic AI Developer

with strong experience in

Zoho Creator ,

Deluge scripting , and

AI-driven automation .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing, integrating, and deploying intelligent chat / voice agents (bots)

within Zoho Creator to automate workflows, approvals, and user interactions.

You should have hands-on experience with

LLM integrations (OpenAI / ZIA / LangChain / Azure OpenAI)

and the ability to

design agentic workflows

capable of reasoning, triggering Deluge functions, and dynamically processing Creator data.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy

AI agents

(chatbots or task-based agents) inside Zoho Creator applications.

Integrate AI models with

Zoho Creator Deluge functions ,

APIs , and

Creator workflows

to perform autonomous actions.

Develop

custom connectors

between Zoho Creator and external AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.).

Build contextual, multi-turn conversation logic capable of :

Reading Zoho Creator data (via Deluge)

Triggering approvals or workflows

Performing validations (budget, approvals, PR / PO logic, etc.)

Implement

natural language understanding (NLU)

and

intent recognition pipelines

to interpret user input dynamically.

Integrate bots across Zoho apps (Creator, CRM, Books, Desk, Projects) for unified user experiences.

Optimize AI workflows for accuracy, scalability, and minimal API cost.

Prepare technical documentation, API references, and user guides.

Required Skills : Strong expertise in

Zoho Creator

(Deluge scripting, workflow automation, custom functions).

Hands-on experience with

AI / LLM integrations

(OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or Zoho ZIA).

Proficiency in

REST API integration

and

OAuth connections .

Familiarity with

Zoho ecosystem

(Creator, CRM, Books, Projects, Flow).

Knowledge of

JSON structures, webhook design, and Zoho Creator form / page scripting .

Understanding of

prompt engineering ,

agent orchestration , and

memory management

for AI agents.

Optional : Knowledge of

Python or Node.js

for advanced API or serverless AI workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience building

Autonomous Agents (ReAct / LangGraph / CrewAI / OpenDevin) .

Familiarity with

RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

for contextual response generation.

Working knowledge of

Zoho Catalyst / Zoho Flow / Zoho Analytics .

Experience integrating chat widgets or bots on

Zoho Creator pages .

Exposure to

UI / UX optimization for conversational interfaces .
