Role Overview :

The HR Recruiter Consultant - Sales at Hirly will lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across multiple industries. You will identify high-caliber sales talent, manage client hiring needs, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience. This role requires a strong understanding of sales competencies, target-driven workstyles, and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Recruitment :

• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for various sales roles (Inside Sales, BDE, BDM, Field Sales, Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.).
• Drive full-cycle recruitment : job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social platforms, and networking.
