ServiceNow Developer

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features, technologies, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into configurations such as workflows, automation, validation rules, and scripting.
• Work closely with cross-functional users to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and manage intra-system trade-offs.
• Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, maintenance processes, and operational procedures.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, changes, and platform operations.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and team software development methodology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely escalation where required.
• Participate in on-call / off-hours support as needed.
• Strong experience in ITSM and exposure to ITOM / CMDB modules.
• Hands-on project experience with Virtual Agent / Discovery / Service Portal / scripting / automation / integrations etc..
