Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise data pipelines and architecture.
• Define and implement data deduplication strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Establish and enforce data standards, quality metrics, and best practices for data management.
• Oversee the orchestration of data flows between Snowflake, SFDC, and other enterprise platforms.
• Guide the development of SQL schemas, views, and automation pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of RPA tools such as UI Path and Alteryx for process automation and data transformation.
• Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Analytics CoE.
