Role Summary - Subject position reports directly to the Senior Leader of the respective project. This includes both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions.

KRA- Cross-Functional Collaboration to Align Functional / Project Plans with Overall AOP

• Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with various departments to ensure that project plans are in sync with the organization's strategic objectives and AOP. This involves regular coordination with teams such as engineering, procurement, and operations to align on goals and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Clear Communication Channels : Establish transparent communication pathways to ensure information flows seamlessly between all teams. Utilize project management software, collaborative platforms, and regular meetings to share updates, expectations, lessons learned, and feedback.

Monitor Portfolio / Project Progress (Time, Cost, Quality, Risk)

Prepare MIS / Presentations for CEO / MD / Chairman Review

Identify Operational Risks, Ensure Compliance, and Manage Crises

Identify Process Inefficiencies and Drive Process Improvement
