Associate : Ip Litigation

We are looking for a Litigation Associate / Senior Associate with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (preferably 3–4 years PQE) to join our busy litigation practice with a strong focus on Intellectual Property Rights (especially Trademarks) and general commercial litigation.

Key Requirements :

• Excellent drafting skills in Trademark Infringement & Passing-off Suits, Copyright matters, and Commercial disputes
• Thorough experience in drafting Plaints, Written Statements, Replies, Rejoinders, Interim Applications (under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2, Section 151 CPC etc.), Affidavits of Evidence, and Appeals
• Regular appearance and case handling before Delhi High Court and District Courts in Delhi
• Ability to independently handle court hearings, chamber matters, conferences, and client briefing
• Strong research and argumentation skills
• Prior experience in IP litigation (especially trademarks) will be given strong preference

Location : New Delhi

Remuneration : As per industry standards
