About the Role :

Brillio is seeking a dynamic Practice Leader – Content & Commerce to drive growth, innovation, and solution excellence. This is a strategic, growth-focused leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our Content & Commerce offerings, developing new solutions, and leading GTM initiatives across industries.

You will work closely with business and delivery leaders to define the practice vision, build offerings and accelerators, and craft cutting-edge solutions leveraging platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce (Hybris), and modern headless / agentic architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define & Execute Practice Growth Strategy : Develop and implement growth strategies, GTM plans, and new solution offerings in the content & commerce space.
• Solution Innovation : Envision and build next-generation, AI-driven and agentic commerce solutions, CMS transformations, and integrated CX ecosystems.
• Presales & Consulting Leadership : Lead solutioning for RFPs / RFIs, customer pitches, and executive-level discussions. Execute consulting and discovery engagements to translate vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Enterprise Architecture : Design and define enterprise architecture across DAM, CMS, Commerce, Personalization, Campaigns, and other CX ecosystem components.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with delivery leadership in a two-in-a-box model to drive growth from existing Brillio accounts.
• Thought Leadership : Research emerging technologies and tools to align with evolving market trends and customer needs.
• GTM Enablement : Drive solutions, accelerators, and POCs to support go-to-market initiatives and business development.
