About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physics Faculty to teach students preparing for JEE / NEET (11th & 12th) and Foundation batches (6th to 10th) . The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom delivery, and a deep understanding of exam patterns and student learning behavior.
Key Responsibilities
For JEE / NEET (11th & 12th) :
Deliver high-quality Physics lectures aligned with JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET syllabi.
Prepare students with conceptual clarity, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented strategies.
Design assignments, DPPs, practice sheets, and test papers.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students individually.
Track student performance and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.
For Foundation (6th to 10th) :
Teach basic to advanced Physics concepts in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
Help build a strong conceptual base for future competitive exams.
Create innovative teaching materials, worksheets, and activity-based learning modules.
Foster curiosity and scientific thinking among students.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering from a recognized institution.
Candidates from IIT / NIT are preferred.
Strong command over Physics concepts and excellent communication skills.
Skills Required
Deep subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students across age groups.
Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
Experience with online / offline teaching platforms is an advantage.
Problem-solving aptitude and conceptual teaching approach.
