Role Overview
Xebia is looking for a high-impact Domestic Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end hiring for consulting environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in closing mid to senior-level technology roles, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining high hiring standards in a fast-paced delivery-driven ecosystem.
This role is best suited for someone who understands the nuances of consulting-based recruitment, has worked with Big 4 or similar large consulting firms, and can effectively manage volume as well as niche hiring mandates across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring across technology and consulting roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, project needs, and delivery timelines.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Drive high-quality candidate experience from first interaction to offer closure.
- Handle bulk and niche requirements simultaneously while maintaining turnaround timelines.
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess technical and functional fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal hiring processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and regularly update hiring reports and dashboards.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in domestic recruitment for consulting firms or Big 4 organizations.Strong exposure to IT / Technology hiring.Experience managing hiring for multiple stakeholders and parallel requirements.Familiarity with consulting hiring models and client-centric delivery environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced recruitment ecosystem.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market mapping.
