Field Sales Executives

Job Description :

• Partner Acquisition : Identify, approach, and onboard potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and channel partners within the assigned territory.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics.
• Operational Support : Provide day-to-day support to channel partners, including assistance with file login, documentation, and use of the proprietary technology platform for faster closures.
• Target Achievement : Drive and achieve aggressive monthly sales targets in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Field Execution : Conduct on-ground field activities, leveraging local networks and market knowledge to expand the company's footprint.
• Reporting & Communication : Maintain effective communication with internal teams, report progress, and provide partner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Market Expertise : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to optimize partner engagement and sales strategies.
