HR facilitation roles like induction, onboarding,joining facilitation etc.

End-end recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including references,portals,Linked in etc.

Create Job description after interaction with stakeholders and deptt. heads.

Incumbent profile :

MBA-HR with 7 years exp in generalist HR and talent acquisition preferably in financial services / investment management co.

Exposure to HR Operations and other domains of HR.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION-12-14 LPA
