Role Overview :

As the Creative Lead (Growth) , you will lead the creative direction for our fantasy comics content. Your expertise in animation and comics will be essential in developing compelling narratives, designing engaging characters, and driving innovative storytelling. You'll lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with business growth goals.

This is a senior leadership role where your strategic vision and creative excellence will play a pivotal role in elevating our content and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creative Vision & Strategy : Lead the creation of captivating fantasy narratives, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Storytelling Excellence : Craft compelling characters, dialogue, and plotlines that communicate emotions, drive action, and immerse audiences in fantasy worlds.
• Team Leadership : Inspire and guide a team of writers, artists, and designers to execute on the creative vision, ensuring quality standards are met while fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
• Growth Focus : Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to tailor content that aligns with audience interests, boosts user engagement, and supports business objectives.
• Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends in animation, comics, and digital media to ensure Pocket Toons remains at the forefront of content creation.
• Quality Control : Oversee the production process from concept to final output, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece of content we create.
