Profile : Relationship manager Location : durgapur and birbhum

Experience : Minimum 6 months in the Insurance sector (Motor / Health Insurance preferred)

Channel : Agency Channel — work with POSP agents

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents for Motor & Health Insurance

Build strong relationships with agents & drive business through them

Provide training & support to agents to achieve sales targets

Ensure customer satisfaction & policy renewals

✅ Who can apply?

Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance sales (Motor or Health)

Should have worked with POSP agents / Agency channel

Good communication & relationship-building skills
