• ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA-periods and escalate when needed
• monitor and analyze team capacity, allocating work based on availability and skillsets
• define, track and enforce service performance KPIs
• prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
• drive and chair service review meetings with business stakeholders
• identify service improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to address them
• foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality delivery, and user-centric support
• understand the business requirements related to order-to-cash processes by preference having

experience with European business entities

Requirements

Act as an example for the team members

• Leadership skills
• Strong understanding of incident, change and problem management
• Processes and IT system minded
• Techno functional experience in the order-to-cash process (SAPSD, FICO)
• Ability to work in extended teams located in Europe and India
• Relevant experience in a similar function as team leader in another organization (min 3 years)
• Background with SAP SD, FICO module is required
• A master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineer Electronics or equivalent
