Leading Hand - Precast

Telum is seeking an experienced Precast Leading Hand to lead a team of workers preparing pre-stressed moulds.

You will be working with a market leader in bespoke precast concrete structures such as construction projects of all sizes and types, ranging from high-end residential to complex critical infrastructure.

The work is ongoing 5 days per week & Saturdays if required.

What We’re Looking For :

• Previous precast concrete experience is essential
• Pre-stressing experience is desirable
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team (you’ll be leading approx. 6 people)
• Leading from the front and get the best out of their team.
• Solid understanding of production processes and safety protocols
