Role Overview :
We’re looking for a strong Direct Purchasing & Global Sourcing professional to join our team and drive end-to-end NPD sourcing, cost engineering, and supplier development across global programs.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead sourcing for NPD / AD / CPD projects from RFQ to SOP
- Drive global supplier development , audits & capability assessments
- Manage APQP / PPAP , part approvals & build readiness
- Run Should-Cost / ZBC models , negotiations & cost-reduction projects
- Handle sourcing for Electronics, Plastics, Metals & toolings
- Ensure quality, cost, delivery & on-time program execution
