🔹 Role : Senior Technical Recruiter

🔹 Experience : 2–5 years in IT hiring (Product / Captive / Start-up / Consulting environment)

🔹 Location : Gurgaon - WFO

🔹 Employment Type : Full-time

🔹 Education : B-tech / BCA / BBA / MBA preferred

What you’ll do :

Manage end-to-end tech hiring — from sourcing to closure

Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand tech skill requirements

Build strong talent pipelines across niche tech stacks

Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process excellence

What we’re looking for :

✅ Proven experience hiring for roles like Java, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.

✅ Strong stakeholder management & sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)

✅ A self-starter with ownership, speed, and passion for talent acquisition
